I wonder if anyone else is having problems with the Eversolo DMPA6 with the internet connection dropping when casting Amazon music?

What type of connection you are using (wireless / wired).
You should be able to check and verify the internet connection quality and speed by monitorin it from router/modem.
-What is the connection quality while working, before dropping and when music / internet stops.Any other devices that might cause interference while wireless / wired connection is used.
-What is the connection quality from router/modem to Eversolo while working, before dropping and when music / internet stops
Wireless might cause more issues (2.4ghz or 5ghz) used and other devices.
Other BT-devices and so on.
Could test different wireless source like Phone data sharing. Any issues then and so on.
There can always be issue with Amazon Music as well if no / zero loss in internet connection.
You can theoretically test this playing Amazon music from 2 different devices / same music, larger issue should happen on both…or alter between them.
