I bought an Aune T1se , it has an output impedance of 10 ohms …
Is there a cheap adapter that lowers the output impedance of the amp ?
Do adapters like this which increase impedance also work ?

The short version is not that I know of, it could be done with the right transformer, but it would be expensive and probably amp dependent for the “right” part.
The impedance adapters are usually just a couple of resistors, they are largely intended to lower the noise floor for sensitive IEM’s, but they do change the load the amp sees and on some amps they can alter the sound slightly. I like the IFI IEMatch on the chord Mojo with my Hyla Saarda’s (which are a 7 Ohm load) for example even though the noise floor is fine without it.
Output impedance is a function of the amps design, usually designs with low output impedance do it by using a lot of feedback in the design, this is often considered undesirable, but there is nothing inherently bad with some feedback in a design, and at the end of the day it’s all tradeoffs.
The output impedance is a function of the amplifier design. Everything you connect after the amplifier can at best result in no impedance change (= 0 Ohm).
