Hi,
So I will be adding some mono blocks to my setup soon, but given I will be also adding a sub looking at how the config would work.
Is this correct?

The gear I have is D90 DAC, svs pb-1000 sub and Revel m105. Will be getting 2x Behringer A800 amps

Your speaker management (like the miniDSP) would be positioned like your first picture shows it, yes.
