Current setup → Edifier R1800Tiii speakers and Shure 1840 headphones. I need a DAC to output audio from both PC/PS5 and obviously AMP for my headphones. Currently, I have found the following setups →
JD Labs Atom DAC+ and AMP+ which is $325 delivered to Ireland(Like $80 in shipping/tax) or £230
Topping E30 DAC and I’m open to suggestions for AMPs here. The E30 build quality looks great compared to Atom stack therefore I looked at the L30 but the damage posts concerns me ($300 for E30 and L30) or £216
Fiio K5 Pro is $225 or £160
- Which of those 3 choices would you guys suggest?
- Is there a noticeable difference between the JD Labs Atom DAC and AMP v DAC+ and AMP+ (I haven’t found anything on the updated models
- Has the Topping L30 concerns been resolved?
- I am unable to get Schiit products here in Europe, although they have a store, everything is sold out.
- Are my speakers/headphones even capable of demonstrating difference between these options?
