Thats not an isolator but it should remove noise as well. it will change the tonality (Frequency response) of the ZS10 though as it is a hybrid.
ZS10 is an ancient iem and has been outclassed by similar priced iems many years ago.
The Simgot EW200 is a great budget iem and one of the best value out there atm.
I do not know if it will have noise though but if it still does you can just get another dac/amp for it such as the jcally JA3 or an apple dongle.

I just received the ew200 and it does the same i found this on amazon https://www.amazon.fr/Conducteur-Adaptateur-200-ohm-résistance/dp/B0CMCMFCB5/ do you know what Ohm should i take ?
Thanks
You have a really bad source then or perhaps it is due to ground loop.
iFi Audio Groundhog should solve the latter issue
iFi Audio iEMatch will solve the first issue
As for the impedance adapter you linked, 75 should be enough.
Best would be to just swap that source out, the Jcally JA3 for example or the Fiio JA11.
