Hm, yeah, tbh I never use the software, partly because I use Linux. What exactly is there to do in the software except setting DPI profiles?
Logitech all day. Razer products haven’t had the greatest reliability in my personal experience. Also the logitech software is pretty polished. You can control lighting profiles. Change the dpi presets, polling rate and then save them to the mouse itself.
Logitech currently has had pretty bad QC issues especially with their buttons having constant double click problems. Razer vipers are actually pretty nice for wireless mice. I’m usually a Logitech fan boy and Razer hater but lately this is the situation. For mice wise Ive had the best experience using rocket jump ninja’s guide to picking mice according to my hand measurementa I would take a look at his guide
Ah they don’t have the Pro Click (yet). They do mention that the pro wireless is not really great for palm grip, which is what I have I think. Also there is no real curves to put the thumb, it doesn’t look that comfortable.
I guess the razer viper would be more up my alley in that regard.
Waiting for a glorious Model o- wireless personally before I see myself jumping on the wireless ship
also I forgot to mention the only thing that really keeps me being a fan of logitech these days regardless of kinda garbage keyboards and poor qc on buttons is their great customer sevice.
Yeah saw that one too, it’s a bit gamery for my taste tbh. Also very light which I’m not sure is a plus for me. I feel like I need the logitech or razer viper ultimate for gaming, but I use my mouse 90% for work and I feel like the Razer is more suited for comfort reasons.
yeah its a bit gawdy. but ultra lights are insane once you get used to them flicking heads have never been easier as stopping when Im doing a 180 is easier due to the reduced wieght and makes finger tip aiming musch easier due to the lighter weight. I love my heavy g502 when doing CAD work. you can alwas have 2 mice connected thats what I did personally for a long time
Yeah that’s what I’m thinking now: get the Pro Click now and then get a G305 or G703 or something later on if the Pro Click turns out to not suffice for gaming. I’m currently on a Rival 100 and have no issue with the performance (just the cable) so it’s not like I have crazy demands anyway.
EDIT:
I’ve read that the G Pro is not really suited for using with larger hands and palm grip, my hands are about 20.4cm in length so that might get uncomfortable.
This one is out already right? Not really much to wait on
the model o wireless is out I want the smaller version
Ah I though you typed the - by mistake.
And a quick side note. I can say that after using high refresh rate screens, my phone is 90hz and pc monitor 144hz, that I’m never going back to 60hz, it feels like going back to the stone age. The high refresh rate just makes them buttery smooth.
Hello,
I have bought a PC case Be quiet Silent Base 601.
And the Artic cooler freezer 2 240 mm will be installed.
I am still undecided whether I should install it at the top or in the front.
Supposedly you have to turn the fans around in the front so that the fresh air can circulate through the radiator.
Any tips or advice?
I still have the additional fans that are installed in the case, I think they should be enough or ?
The setup is an MSI Z97 gaming 5 with I7 4790K,
Gigabyte 1080 graphics card, Samsung Evo 960 hard drive.
Top mount it. That way you always have water available for the pump.
Fan layout wise, (probably not all that critical as your components are somewhat efficent), I would do dual front intake and rear intake. That way both the GPU and CPU have reasonable access to cool air.
For your case the radiator is ment to be mounted on top. It should have a special bracket for it to slide in. If you mount it on the front it could lead to some pump issues as MazeFrame already mentioned.
If you still want more cooling I would just mount an additional static pressure fan on front.
mmmmmm, bacon, golden too. wait WHAT
Yes, now that you mention it, it makes sense.
I’ll probably take your advice to heart.
I’d have to buy another fan but that’s the least of my problems.
Thank you @Mazeframe @PaulG , that was very helpful.
Sadly didn’t save my first result but I came out around 15 400 . Kinda disappointed by the fact I remembered asus had their own gpu tweaking program
and downloaded asus’s GPU tweak 2 and was gonna OC as I had a good amount of headroom I saw the OC Mode button clicked it on and started my second benchmark and damn that is some gainI know I am late but here it is. After a month of my ass waiting for the seller in regards of the status of my GPU getting replaced, it’s finally replaced with a new model.

It was a graduation gift back then after all and I couldn’t see it not being solved by the seller, and I did what I can to get it replaced and yes, the new model is better than the previous one, also look cooler.
