Listening to my Brand X vinyl and CD collection. This awsome Jazz Fusion band formed in the early 70’S and featured Phil Collins and a incredibly talented group of band mates. The band carried on without Phil on the later albums due to the meteoric rise of his solo career.
I saw Brand X open for Genesis on the " And Then There Were Three tour "
Imho, Brand X stole the show for me. I didn’t like Genesis very much after Peter Gabriel left. Brand X has put out many albums, and this is only a very small sample. For me as a Prog/ Jazz Fusion lover I wished that Collins had of moved in this direction… enjoy.

Billy Idol’s voice was a better instrument than I think he’s been given credit . He was a great live concert act in his heyday too, with his trademark twisted mouth snarl and fist pump. Nice song this one, it shows his vocal range.
