still a fantastic album
Illmatic stilk gets regular play in my “G’d up from the Feet Up” playlist. It’s good to see some real rap gettin’ some respect instead of this mumble filled nonsense.
One the road again, I have the Hifiman HE560 v4s this time running off the Schiit Lyr (1968 6n23p Reflector Sliver Shields) with the Modi Multibit 2 decoding all the bits and pieces from the optical out from my Wiim Mini.
At the top of this afternoon’s queue is an all-time classic, The Clash’s 1982 hit albums Combat Rock. I won’t waste time with my normal explanations. If you haven’t heard this album, get to listening. That’s all I have to say.

Honorable Mentions:
I don’t listen to a ton of rap, but when I do it’s from the golden era. Any one of these albums wpuld wipe the floor with any album currently getting hype and air time. Period.
Can’t argue with any of them all legends in their own right
You just took me back to high school with that line up…Ready to Die is still one of my favorite albums of all time and probably one of the three best rap albums of all time…Here is another one of my favorites that gets no love…
This is their first album and one of their best ones…It always gets lost in the shuffle because so many people only know them for there hits…If you have never listened to this album give it a listen…I am pretty sure you will like it.
Starting off the weekend with one of my favorite bands…Nothing like a little bit of live PJ to start off the weekend
AMHD>Modius>Asgard3>Zmf Atrium
it takes a bit to get the click, but when it does its worth the wait
