Hayo, what is up my Brothers and Sisters! It’s Friday, and I am gonna go theme to get things started tonight! This album was near the top of my play list when I was an impressionable lad! Note, back then, a playlist was an actual list of the records you played the most!

How cool. My big brother ran 2 reel-to-reel decks in his system. Of course, that went back waaay too many fingers and toes ago! Great selection, too. Awesome.

As for me, I decided to have a tube night. Well, kinda. Both amps are hybrids, but you get the idea! I broke out the trusty TA-20 and will be hooking up the mega-5EST to it. Right now, I’m on the Liquid Platinum / HE1000 pairing. It will be a great night.
Starting off by finishing the Steven Wilson selection from last night.

Because why not. “Brief Nocturnes” is in my top 3 of Spock’s Beard albums. Also, I switched the Mega-5est over to the Liquid Platinum and am impressed with the sound. Better mids, bigger, wider. Whod’a thunk it. I thought the LP would be too much amp, but it’s really good.
