Was going to listen to a live Buddy Rich recording in UHD on Amazon Music but right away the compression artifacts made it immediately unlistenable. Whoever is the engineer on that should never get hired again. Sound of Fury. Don’t bother with that one jazz fans.
Agreed - it doesn’t sound that fantastic on Apple Music as well. Big swing face, however, sounds like a modern recording. Give that a try
Thanks!
I haven’t listened to this album since 1979/80’s
I used to record the LP’s onto reel to reel or cassette and store the vinyl albums away for safe keeping.
I haven’t put this one on my turntables since…
Sometimes these things fall through the cracks. I’m so glad you posted this entry…Much appreciated…
Keep coming back to this one:

True artists play music for the pure joy of it.
This isn’t a job to them, it’s a love affair… Look at their faces.
Even Robert Plant is totally digging it in the audience…
Jeff Beck is 78 years old now and this concert was 13 years ago it appears…
I’ve watched that brilliant show a couple times. Always enjoy it.
Found this gem tonight. Good stuff. (Indie rock type music).
Listening with the QKZxHBB - I forget these things are $20. Crazy deal.
