Yes indeed, Jeff Beck is one of the true greats. I saw him live some time ago, a consummate professional…
I’ve got 2 vinyl copies of Wired , The first one I bought in my teens and subsequently nearly wore out.
There’s actually 4 people playing the drums on Wired (not all at once of course):
Narada Michael Waldon on 3 cuts, Richard Bailey on a couple, Ed Green played a second kit on Come Dancing and the Keyboard star Jan Hammer played drums on Blue Wind which he wrote I believe…
Check out Jan Hammer’s solo work also , he’s another great musician. …
Sometimes we need a reminder of the good music from long ago.
If you’ve never heard this one called “Leader of the Band” I strongly suggest you don’t pass it over. It’s an experience well worth having.
Leader of the band is one of my all time favorites…
Ah yes, work is done until next week, so this is Friday for me!
And I get precious speaker time. So, we’ll end a weird and wild work week with this!
Set that baggage down, brother!

I’m technically On-Call today, so while I watch over things I am enjoying a nice playlist on YT
The stream is of great quality. A very nice way to spend the morning.
YT Music > Douk U2 Pro > Schiit BF2 > TA-20 Pre > SMSL DA-9 > Triangle Borea BR02 w/ REL Tzero mkiii sub
I’m putting my regular playlists into the Youtube Music ones, so easy to share instead of single links.
Currently dipping into the local collection and taking a trip down memory lane
Funny how music can trigger certain neural pathways. Good stuff.

Another dip into the local collection. This has been a fun afternoon!
I always enjoy the gathering of musicians that came together to make this album.
Taking some time out in this blistery cold weather to take the Atrium’s for a nice long jam session today…It feels and sounds like I am at Wembley for the concert
