TLDR:
They’re just going to stop making them. Support/coverage for everything that’s already out there appears to be continuing as normal for the time being.
As a long long time user I find it unfortunate but… With the overall improvement in HDMI control and integration as well as the substantial improvement of factory remotes it was probably severely cutting into the profit margin. Also with the voice recognition software it has to be hurting as well. I had one of the first Harmony remotes and upgraded steadily over the years. They are a great little gadget but even I have not really used it in a long time due to the simplicity of voice and a better remote on my home theater system.
