Looking for a DAC

I am an in need of some help,
Looking for a DAC that is not expensive but has optical in but also has optical/coax digital passthrough,
I live in Australia as well that makes it hard to find things,

I saw the D10s which would work, but i would prefer to not use usb in as its pretty terrible with my PC setup,

Help would be much appreciated,

Not a DAC but DAC amp combo, you could look at Fostex HPA4

A Cambridge DAC Magic plus would do what you’re looking for. You can probably find one used easily enough.

its a little bit more expensive than id like, but it seems to be the best solution, i would never have looked at this unit without your help, Cheers
