Good options you have there. The Kanto’s and the Mackie’s are self powered so you won’t need an amplifier for those, just cables to connect them to your computer. I would suggest you also get some sort of audio interface or preamp if you are going with powered speakers, but it is not absolutely necessary.
If going with the Fluance or Paradigm speakers you have listed, you would need to get an amplifier to power them. There are a lot of good small desktop amps out there that are made by Topping and S.M.S.L. that would work well and they are probably available internationally.
Other good speaker brands that may be available internationally would be Edifier, Wharfedale, Mission, KEF, JBL, Sony, Pioneer, Q Acoustics, Jamo and probably a few more I can’t think of right now. Look on their websites for the speakers they offer and search those in your area.
