yeah my issue is making them more neutral gets rid of the unique qualities I enjoy from them and really isn’t somehting that appeals to me if I wanted a more neutral closed back I might as well get a akg k371 in the first place. I whole haeartedly aggree with the sentiment of these arent a good first headphone and much better as a 2nd or 3rd. I want them for the unique qualities they have and not have me ruin it with modding. also remember Im one of the few in this forum that loves his dt 990’s stock if you want to get a Idea of my tastes.
