šŸ”¶ Mangird TEA (6 BA/1DD)

Didnā€™t you have EP01 for your Lands before?

They sounded good to me yesterday, ill test them for a while and see  I only have ep00

How do the ePro run, size wise? I use a Medium Final E, for reference.

They are longer!

I meant in width. Would a Medium Final E be the equivalent of a Medium ePro?

They fit different. Are you talking ep00 or 01?

So I just got these, and I wanted to compare them to my Campfire Honeydews which I love. My main concern was the fit. I had trouble getting a proper seal previously with KZ KSTs and Moondrop Arias, and the Honeydews fit much better than those though they still require a bit of wiggling to get in my ears right. Multiple people have said they had trouble getting a fit with the Teas and I was fully expecting them not to fit right and to send them back.

They fit better than any other IEM Iā€™ve ever tried. No effort at all, I just pop them in and Iā€™m good. I havenā€™t even compared the sound to the Honeydews because I basically donā€™t care anymore. These fit so well, itā€™s crazy.

Teas fit is best in class for me. Only surpassed by Mele so far.

Just got the spinfits. What a difference! I barely need to insert them to get a great seal. I wonder if these would have made the Blessing 2 work for me?

Need to test with the original ones to see how the sound changes but comfort is excellent.

Only problem is, itā€™s easy to not get a good seal. If I go in too far, seal is broken and bass goes to 0 or if they are out too far same thing. Has to be just right.

The Blessing requires CP155 for the nozzle size.

Welcome to the hobby. Youā€™ll need to use different sizes at different insertion depths to find the right fit/seal.

Maybe a different size (bigger) can help?

Tips make or break your love on iem if you have fitting problems.

My Tea from Drop has passed customs and is delivering soon!!
Although, Iā€™m quite surprised that I havenā€™t been charged any customs. Since thereā€™s quite a bunch of UK folks around, just wondering if I have just lucked out? Or is this kinda normal if the parcel is coming from EU (Germany) instead of the States?

Either way, no customs, BIG JOY, such bargain, MUCH WOW :star_struck:

At least in Sweden, if the package is ā€œfromā€ another EU country you should not need to pay any VAT.

As far as I know, VAT is different from customs?

This was my order:
Drop Order

No tax indeed, but I remember custom charges are different when items of this price bracket are passing customs?

Some stores doesnā€™t have any vat automatically charged yet. But you might still be charged vat and import fees when the package arrives in your country (dhl express for example will charge you).

Yunexpress is the only shipping option I have tried that somehow avoids all fees.

This all about ear structure also. The Blessing 2 is an easy fit and an easy seal for me. They almost seem like customs. I am using spin fit 155. I agree that the Mele are a very comfortable fit but the blessing and the spinfits is as comfortable. The Blon 03 was a nightmare for me. They were uncomfortable and very hard to get a good seal. They have been long gone. This so much depends on ear structure and there is little we can do about that. My suggestion buy lots of different tips and roll them to find best fit for you. The crystal Sednas brought out the best in the H40s. The Mele they were ok not special.

Will do, Iā€™ll test a few different pairs. I like that the CP100+ is supposedly itch resistant as I do get itchy in my ears with silicone after time. My Airpods Proā€™s have this, they fit amazing but after about an hour my inner ear canal will get itchy.

I wish the Blessing 2 fit me well as I do think itā€™s the best bang for your buck in the $300 price category.

On the Blessing 2 Dusk try the spinfit 145 and 155 I hope they do work for you. I did try a few other iems and these top 2 to me. The 155 is designed for nozzles as big as the Dusk has.

So hereā€™s my EQ settings for the Mangird Tea. I highly recommend testing them out if you can. The bass boost is not needed but I enjoy it, the lower treble adjustment really makes these sound much better in my opinion.

Great IEM all around, for the $259 I paid, Iā€™m happy with them now that fit is great. They are def not giant killers, but for the price, a very good set.
