So my brother’s birthday is soon and I wanna get him a good set of cans. He’s a complete metal head and also plays metal guitar. He also like to listen to pop occasionally. I only have about 60$ and he’s not gonna use an amp. An recommendation helps!

I agree the CAL is pretty nice for metal with good low end and a non fatiguing sound… also could consider a takstar pro82 or its coolermaster equivalent the mh751
Koss Porta Pros are a good introduction into headphones. They’re even better with Yaxi pads and that would still keep you under budget.
