So stupied question ahead. If i use the out on a mackie bigknob passive and a 2 ts to trs adapter can i use 50 ohm headphones until i get a proper headphone?

Unless the BigKnob is fed from a device that has a line level output that is also a headphone out (most computer motherboards, RME ADI-2-DAC FS, etc.), no.

Except for those above devices, you always need an amplifier of some sorts.
