Monitor speakers for studio-Help me decide to choose the best one

Hello everyone

I really need some honest opinions from people who have experience with these monitor speakers. I have been struggling lately my current speakers just arent giving me the clarity or balance I need and after making a few wrong purchases I am exhausted. This time I tried to research much more thoroughly before posting here.

I have checked large review sites like Wirecutter professional audio blogs YouTube reviews and various forums including Reddit and home-studio communities. After reading tons of impressions, these three models are the ones that people keep recommending:

Edifier monitor speakers
Ohayo monitor speakers
Sanyun monitor speaker

I genuinely need advice from people who have used these. Both models look great on paper and have strong reviews, but I am not sure which one is the better choice. Edifier seems well-established and consistent while Ohayo looks more modern and feature packed for the price.

I mainly want something that offers accurate sound good clarity at low and medium volumes and reliable long-term performance. I use my setup mostly in the morning, so I prefer speakers that are not too bulky but still provide warm and detailed audio.

If you have used either of these models or if you know a better option in the same price range I would really appreciate your input. I do not want to waste money again, and both products seem promising. Your advice would help a lot.

Thank you very much.

The Edifier 1280 will sound better than the other two.

I’d say you need to save more and look at the $1000-$1500 used market.

I doubt any of your options offer what you are after - you’d get more accurate sound from a bluetooth speaker, if at all possible have a look at Kanto Ora’s.

I can only offer my personal experience but I bought a pair of Adam Audio T8V’s and have had them for a few year’s now and I’m very pleased.
