Wow, what a smokinā deal! I am Never going to be able to sell mine. 
Mine should be still covered by the return window and price guarantee, so Iāve reached out but their customer service isnāt open until tomorrow.
Iāll likely just return mine, as it did have a few power cycle issues.
Iām reasonably confident this is a mistake though. $400 off the $600 price seems pretty crazy.

Hard to say. For most of 2020 it hung out in the $400-515 range. Then for most of 2021 it seemed to be at its full $799. Sell at the right time and you might be ok.
I will have to time it right. I like the amp, but the iFi Pro iCAN can do everything it does, plus more.
eh? they do present sound a bit differently to my ear though and ican is quite a bit more expensive

True enough. I wouldnāt look to replace one with the other, but since I have the iFi sitting around, the LP is not getting much use.

Looking into picking up one of these as I can get them for a decent deal used. What would people recommend as a DAC to pair with these? Would something like a Modius suffice? Thanks.

Liquid Platinum is a nice amplifier indeed. A Modius could suffice and would not be something Iād say to avoid especially if you already have one, but I really enjoyed my MLP paired with the Bifrost 2. At the time I was working an assortment headphones including Elegia, LCD-2pf, HEXv2, AH-D5000, TH900mk2 and HEKv2 with that setup and was pleased all around.

Appreciate the response! I donāt own any dac/amp yet so I donāt own a modius. But am looking to expand my setup and thought this would be a good place to start for something warmer. I only saw the Modius as it looked to be decent without being too expensive. Forgive my ignorance, but what would the features that the Bifrost 2 bring over the Modius? Are there any sonic characteristics that I should look for between the two?
