THIS is Primary Arms Top of the Line mount (for now). It is American made, and reasonably priced. Its build quality is very good and it has some nice features such as the steel thread inserts for the cross bolts. All hardware is 12.9 grade which is very very tough stuff. Everything has a good finish to it and the anodizing is even and smooth. For the price I feel it is a more then reasonable option.
However, I must say that there are other, similarly priced mounts that offer a lot more in the way of ‘Bang for the Buck’ that cost around the same price. The main one I will reference is the Midwest Industries Cantilever Mount. Its less expensive. Comes with as many configurations, but has a lot of aftermarket mounting solutions. But it does weigh 2 oz more. Just food for thought if your torn with which way to go.
