This is a normal occurrence in my house?? It’s pissing me off because I keep spending money on audio equipment!
For the future.
I would advice to buy a amplifier that has a “start up” or “preset” volume option so the source volume or BT volume cant be maxed out from start.
They usually also have a “volume limiter” option that is possible to set like 80% of max. so even if source volume would be maxed out in pocket the amp.volume only goes to limiter = not blow stuff up.
Or some similar option to limit source/amp volume.
Very handy options and gives extra protection.
