Anyone know jack about these strange sets? £196 and £249 respectively
You found them for sale? last time i heard the dont manufacture them anymore. i sent the company a email and they never replied. I think one of the guys that worked on these moved on to the Woo My Sphere’s. I looked for a while on ebay but they never came up for sale. got a Arya instead lol
Yeah thats something that wasnt on their website before. interesting. maybe someone found a box of them somewhere and decided to sell them off lol
I have no idea mate just stumbled upon them lol.
Whoa the dude who made the Jecklin Float made these.
A company called Peak Hifi is sellng them. I dont think they where selling them when i was looking. theres a new model they didnt have before. has a AMT driver. i guess it also requires a switching box? its expensive at 900£ and 1100£ with the switch adapater,
“The Ergo AMT requires its own switching box for direct connection to the LS output of your amplifier.”
I guess the model 1 and 2 dont require anything. they are dynamic drivers. wish i could see a frequency chart. theres no information on their site about how they sound. the 2 is about 305$
Any HiFi company selling Koetsu is pretty solid imho.
You could use a pair of jbl flips in a beer can hat and get same effect . They look interesting. Depends on driver implementation.
Mate i’m sorely tempted to get the E2’s for shit’s and gigs…i’m not really a headphone guy and at the mo kinda at endgame with iem’s and my life situation doesn’t allow a good speaker system…so these look like a bit of fun that may no longer be produced?..could buy a bit of history? lol.
i am with ya, could be more like a speaker listening experience, versus headphones.
If i knew that they where V shaped they’d be on their way to me right now. I get the feeling they’re neutral
Reckon you’d be right but not a neutral kinda headphone response more a Harmon speaker system type one?
Going by the review date April 2 2007…wonder if they are NOS like you said?
so…are these things any good?
