Shits fucked, we don’t get shootings like this so this is really gonna hit us hard for a while it’s not enough that we are already suffering losses medically now we have to deal with a mass shooting as well. Fucking sucks. I just hope our media doesn’t glorify the killer like the media usually does and plaster his dumb fucking face on the wall and instead focus on the victims
When I started hearing the facts I assumed it was another American shooting. And then they said it ended in Enfield and I thought that’s weird as Enfield is about 20 minutes from my place. And then I heard Nova Scotia and I was floored.
Originally I heard there was one dead and then it just got surreal. 10 dead and then 16 dead. I guess the actual final number will be up today.
Rarely ever see this in Canada and never in my sleepy little province.

Silver lining, we’ve been over 30 days without a school shooting in the US.
I wouldn’t call these dark times, they’re weird times. I’m hoping well get closer to normal soon.
That is an upside!
Downside is that you average more than one mass shooting EVERY single day. Scary stuff.
We’ll take the wins where we can get them. It’ll be a YUGE victory.
