Do it! I ordered one already. It will take 4 weeks to get to me though

Same. The graph looks pleasant and itā€™s basically the price of a set of spring tips.

Those add on ear hooks though. Iā€™m hoping they sit ok without them.

Just ordered as well, but this time through aliexpress. No point in rushing as I have other stuff inc. Im guessing a week or two.

Yeah, I canā€™t refuse that graph. Ordered.

quarks were quite good for $10 on saleā€¦ tempting

Graph on Chu looks better than Quarks and if tech is better itā€™s a home run

They also come with MD spring tips, which Iā€™m curious to try. Iā€™m still not convinced I can fit them, as everyone say they are smaller than average tips, but he will see.

Just wish I could grab a 20 dollar iem with spiral dots ++

Iā€™m pretty new to IEMs and all the tips I use are S size. They are the only ones that seems to stay in well enough. But it seems strange because I always see people saying they need bigger tips. And Iā€™m a big dude, 193cm (6ā€™3"), so it seems odd I use small tips. Am I just shoving them too far in? Or I just got a small hole lol?

Every canal is different. As long as it seals and works for you, you gucci. Wearing small is great, since thereā€™s always stock :grimacing:

for me the large Spring tips were between small-medium Spinfitsā€¦ think there was one IEM I somewhat got them to work with
usually I use medium or large Spinfits

I thought i had small canals too, and then I discovered I could wear medium or even large tips.

It depends on the IEM and the shape of the tips as much as the shape/size of your ear canal.

First of all, you have to be able to recognize when you have a seal. It isnā€™t as easy or straightforward as one might think: again depending on the IEM and tips, it can take a lot of experimentation.

That is the blessing and the curse of the iem hobby: each new iem can be a source of discover and experimentation. But at the sale time it means that you have to engage in it to get the best out of your gear, especially as a beginner.

I feel blessed that I can seal everything but bullets easy. Took me a while to figure out not everyone is like this. Guess I dodged a bullet.

CP-100 spinfits are my Blon 03 favorite: they can reach far enough to get a good seal, but can slide off easily if you donā€™t scuff the stem.

The Spring tips are comfortable, they give way pretty easily in a springy sort of way. They are wide bore and short, and provide a good seal with my Starfields.

Spinfits donā€™t hold well enough on the bl-03 nozzle for me. They slide too far on it, and sometimes stay in my ear when I put the iems off.

I have to take some rigid and small bore stems so they stay in place and go deep enough in my canal :underage:

You can put an o-ring on the tip stem itself to make it tighter.

@nymz Have you heard the Kiwi Ears Orchestra? Seems itā€™s a mid/vocal centric IEM
It has similar tuning as Dark Magician

I donā€™t have them yet. Might take a while, depending on customs. Everything has been really slow this month due to China crisis. Thatā€™s also why I havent posted much and been focusing in other stuff. I have some nice goodies incoming, but I have no way to tell when they will land in my hands

Nope, I havent. I considered it when looking for a BA set. It was a battle between Kiwi, RSV and SA6.

RSV made more sense, but Kiwi is cheaper.
