Speaking of planar + DD hybrids, if you throw a BA in there you have the Oriolus Szalayi which is my latest IEM acquisition and they are really something. I have been listening to them a lot since I got them and rather than my love for them diminishing after the new toy honeymoon is over, I really find myself appreciating them more and more as time goes on. Point being, if you’re interested in a planar + DD hybrid, maybe think about making it a tribrid instead and grabbing a pair of Szalayis.
