Hi, I ordered some stpad2 L/R’s for my drop pandas and it was $42 USD and I used PayPal but shipping was zero even though their chart said USA is $10. So I’m just wondering if anyone knows if I should expect a sudden shipping charge or not?

I don‘t have payed charges when i ordered the Pads for my Fostex Phone.
When you don‘t pay ask the seller,when he sent the Pads with anything get happy 
.
Maybe you got to go collect them 
I had a similar experience buying from UK to Scandinavia recently.
Ordered goods, shipping on invoice stated as zero even though there was another price on the chart, goods turned up via tracked post. Didn’t pay anything extra. Not even import tax, which was very strange. Customs here must have been sleeping that day.
You paid with PayPal so sit tight and see what happens. If they do try sting you on shipping, PayPal will have your back. I find PayPal protection to be very good. Have had to make claims against pirate sellers twice (one eBay and one Discogs) - very smooth process with PayPal and refunded fully.
If they do charge me the 10 I’ll pay it I have no issue with that. I’ve dealt with eBay and PayPal before twice on stuff like that but this is a known brand so I think I’ll be okay.
