Not sure where this topic should go as I don’t find any existing ones that it seems to directly ‘fit’. Since at the end of the day (hopefully) the goal of this hobby is the enjoyment of music (and gear but mostly music).
These guys appear to have put some real thought into personalized equalization, the how, the why…and my searches haven’t turned up any references to it here on Hifiguides. The Q&A section is quite well done and complete. It will take some time and understanding to fully digest the options and dial in a personal curve but as they say most things worthwhile take effort but in this case no money and it’s tariff-free
You do realize that absolutely every single piece/path/chain of music production and playback is eq’d, right. If you want to deprive yourself your best sound have at it.
