Pls help. Entry headphones for games and music

Hi there, i have a pair of akg k240 studio (55ohms) that i use for mainly for gaming (ps4 and switch) and music listening (phone and ipad) and i was thinking of getting something better (beacuse they are terribly uncomfortable and way too flat). My initial idea was to buy either the SHP9500 or the Fidelios x2hr and the Vmoda boompro but they are unavailable in my country (live in spain). Looking through zeos vids the sennheiser 559 seemed pretty good for the price (70 bucks for them here, but have to add 20 bucks for a decent cable and another 30 for the boommic, 120 total)but id like to know if they are any better than my akgs and if the 579s (for 120 bucks) or the 599s (for 140 bucks) are any better. Anyways im pretty much a noobie and i would appreciate suggestions before spending the money. I dont want to buy a dac/amp or anything and would like to stick with the idea of an easy to drive open pair of headphones plus boomic. My budget is around 150. Thanks for the help and sorry about my english, surely made some mistakes.

V-Moda has 3.5mm plug and 579s and 599s probably has 2.5mm and plug is really far in.
You would have to modify them to use that mic.
Had the same issue on what to use with Vmoda so selected the SHP9500. Also had the Fidelios but sold them for being too bass heavy. Get’s really boring when playing longer.
Sennheiser game one could be option also, has a mic already.

Modmic would work better if going to those 579s or 599s headphones.

Ive seen other brands boompros compatible with the 500 series, so thats not a problem. Also, i would prefer to stay away from headphones/headsets wich microphone cant be removed. Thanks for the tip tho

Also, are the 579 or the 599 worth the extra money?

The 599 definitely are . Great for gaming uses the same driver as the 58x I believe just different tuning

Thanks. By the way, i know they are probably trash, but I’ve been recomended the corsair hs50 pro (gaming headset). Any thoughts? Anyone that had tried them or something?
