Well I decided on the jds el dac 2 expensive but I want one and done lol. Surprisingly the ls dac sounds alot better . Vocals are still to distant for me . I heard all of a sudden a change in how it sounded. It was a welcomed change sounds allright now. But I cant wait for jds el dac I guess I’ll have to burn it in 2. Thanks mon ur words were the deciding factor.

I still recommend the Zeus. It’ll be a HUGE step up from your dt 990s by giving you more bass, and less distant vocals. I own a dt 990s, and that dip in the mids really bothers me, but it’s not there in the Zeus. Sundaras will be very clear and soft, but they aren’t that “aggressive” or “impactful”.
