No, they are brand new. Amazon and Best Buy are selling them. Very good speakers for this price.

I pulled the trigger too, hell I’ll put them in my garage with a sub at this price point. Crazy good deal for a well reviewed budget speaker

lol… I grabbed a pair as well, really good price for these.
I’ll throw them in my paint room on my workbench and pair them with a SMSL SA100 and call it a day
