Problems with shipping

Hey all, I got a pair of JBL Studio 570s (Like a lot of us I think) because they are on back order. I contacted JBL and they dont have a timeline yet. Has anyone gotten them yet? Are you seeing the same thing?

STILL NOTHING! Ive talked with JBL a few times now and cannot get a good answer. Anyone else having issues?

so it’s all resolved now?

They opened a claim into my order. So Some action was taken and I was told it will ship in the next week. So there was movement but nothing concrete. I’ll give it a week to see if it gets resolved.
