Question: LA90 + 2 Smsl Sanskrit 10th

Hello, I’ve been searching how did Zeos connected the 2 SMSL Sanskrit 10th MKIII to the Topping LA90 when the dacs only have rca outs and the LA90 has xlr inputs, not too lucky with the search so I was wondering if someone knows how he did it.

This image from Topping’s website shows it’s not just XLR but “combo” jacks, i.e. there’s also TRS inputs in the middle. RCA to TRS is easy to do and doesn’t require any “conversion” from balanced to unbalanced, just an adapter like this one.

Be aware powering anything with two DACs… well, it goes from “uncommon” to “not recommended”. Zeos is the only one I know doing that. He likes weird stuff. I have an SMSL Sanskrit 10th, it’s a good DAC. But for the same price you’re way better off buying one balanced DAC, instead of two Sanskrit 10th’s, if you already got the LA90.
