RikudouGoku's Database (IEMs/Earbuds/Headphones Ranking list)

oh, ok.

Since you are limited by linsoul stuff. I dont have many iems I can personally recommend.
The IT00 is pretty nice and something I have.

But I have heard good things about these:

TFZ Live 3
Tin Hifi T2 plus
ThieAudio Legacy 3

And the Shuoer Tape Pro can possibly be a good one.

Thanks appreciate the suggestions. Definitely limited myself a bit, but figured I could find something worth while. Probably will skip the T2 plus since I have the T2 already, but the others all look to be great choices

I would probably gamble on the Blon Bl-01 and the Shuoer Tape Pro. (thats what I did…)

that should be around 100 usd and in your budget.

Dont blame me if they suck though. cuz then we both lose hahaha. :joy:

Haha dont worry no blame will be thrown around. I think you are right on the money with the Bl-01 and Tape pro.

Definitely hope that is the case.

Just be aware that it seems to take a very long time to get them because a ton of people have ordered them both.

Thanks for the heads up. Fortunately I have the KSC75 coming soon to tide me over as a new ear toy for a few weeks

That is a great…ehm earclip lol. Enjoy it, I certainly do.

First impressions on the Toneking Dendroaspis Viridis:

Bass is just a typical earbud bass and nothing special.

Mids/treble and especially female vocals however…oh boy, absolutely stunningly good. Very clean and detailed as well, with a holographic soundstage (which I have never experienced with buds before) that is huge in both width/depth.

Technicalities are extremely good as well.

Take these statements with a grain of salt as this is still early impressions: but I think that the Viridis has the best technicalites, mids and treble out of all my buds. :+1:

2020-11-29: Lowered all earbuds ranks by 1 (except the DQSM Turandot which got dropped from B+ to C-) and added the Toneking Dendroaspis Viridis rank S.
Consider it a teaser for my upcoming review of the Viridis.

Not a fan of ear buds, but those look trippy, very nice pics!

They certainly look very unique from the more common shell types for buds like MX500 and PK.

Buds are great for low cost/high value mids/treble, timbre performance vs iems.

Would you say buds are preferred over something like a ksc75 as well?

My previous favorite bud for vocals, the NiceHCK DIY MX500 is a step below the KSC75. But this new Viridis is better than it.

Although if you want bass in a bud without it sacrificing everything else I recommend the Yincrow X6.

Nice, ok, I’ll look at it a bit then, thanks

np, you be surprised how good those budget buds are in comparison to iems lol.

And yeah, I dont exactly recommend you get the Viridis if this is one of your first buds. Since at the 100 usd range for buds, is actually mid-tier. :joy:

The ones I recommend you try out are these:

Yincrow X6
NiceHCK DIY MX500
NiceHCK ME80

I also heard good things about the Yincrow RW-9 as well, but I havent heard it yet.

Rank B+

The technicalities of it (details and instrument separation) were the biggest con for my library, where pretty much everything sounded low-res and high quality/mastered files werent any different from lower quality/mastered files.

I enjoyed it much more when I didnt analyze it…now I cant unhear it… :sob:

Next up, Yincrow RW-9. And lets just say that “iem similar bass in an earbud” seems to be Yincrows “house tuning” lol. :joy:

So true… If you first find the gaps, you need to work hard to not focus on them. That is true for me at least.

what has been heard cannot be unheard. :joy:
