BLON FANS Rejoice the A6 is here possible $99 price was talked about.

Dual Dynamic Drivers 10mm & 6mm

Interesting the shells are non vented but I don’t get any pressure build up or driver flex.

First listen not burned in off the J3/GT4
Was super nice airy and extended.

The graph suggests that the pinna gain is a bit too much for me, and the peak is a bit early at 2 kHz. Perhaps Blon is hoping to entice treble heads and people who like Harman pinna gain.

Actually it sounds not at all like the graph , it actually has good bass and is quite balanced kinda like it.

I was reading some stuff about the Sennheiser drama on Friday, and that is mind blowing. I am still adjusting to the notion that with Drop shutting down, the 6xx and 58x are basically done too.

I have always liked the 6xx/650 over the 600

So the Moto G47 will have hi-res audio and a 3.5mm jack. And MicroSD slot.

With some decent camera upgrades too it seems! Maybe they’re finally picking up the torch LG dropped.

Any idea on the chip it will have?

Judging by the CPU (Dimensity 6300) and it only having UFS 2.2 it seems to be a mid tier phone, which there are actually quite a few that has both 3.5mm and sd card.

Like this.

afaik, the ONLY brand with an actual flagship model with both sd card AND 3.5mm would be sony…too bad my own experience with them makes me feel like a beta tester…

Not as many in the US as you would think, (there are some incredible handsets, especially dumbphones, that I like but are on the international market only and would have poor carrier support or be missing key bands over here) and I guess I personally don’t have a good experience with Samsung’s mid-tier (only tolerable experience with their upper tier). Motorola has a relatively vanilla Android skin which helps.

Valid point though.

Definitely hate the samsung UI. So yeah would also appreciate if motorola came out with something better. Especially since they officially partnered with GrapheneOS.

I remember finding out that the factory that makes the Momentum 4 for Sennheiser was charging Sennheiser roughly $13 a piece packaged and shipped to their distribution warehouse. Something tells me Sony manufactures at a way higher level than Sennheiser so those are probably sub-$10 manufacturing cost at their scale.

I assume it does have some flash memory at least otherwise how would it save the DSP tuning and other app settings…ram i dunno though…

oh iems/buds are definitely not expensive to make, i cant say much about tws that needs batteries and other tws stuff though.
