Well, those PMC’s sort of do look like something built in glory days Detroit. The heavy metal waveguide on the woofer and their functional design give the impression that they’re reliable, built like a tank, handsome and dapper. Like Don Draper’s Oldsmobile.
And the Warwick system does look space age and nuclear powered. Right down to those hexagons seen through the grille, like they’re “power cells” or something.
So…both?

It really comes down to if you’re willing to go used, it does go down to that price point I suppose. I got mine used around that price as well maybe a month or 2 back.
*I mean if you’re set on buying used then don’t give it a second thought man. Lol
I already bought mine new a week ago. I’m so thrilled with this thing, I’d happily pay full price again.

Perhaps find one on eBay? Since PayPal is common there. Also look on pro audio sites
I was looking at Sweetwater anyone bought anything from them before? Rather not use ebay
Sweetwater is pretty nice, I can’t recall if you can use PayPal or not
You could get that one from head fi… 350 is a pretty good deal. and You can use paypal and get buyer protection.
