Picked up a Gjallarhorn a few months back when the had B-stock, and I was able to snag another B-stock unit a little while later to run them as monoblocks. I have used with my RP 600m speakers and to power my SJY Audio Starry Night headphones (Moonlight inbound as well). They gave my Starry Night headphones the extra push they needed to really open up (10 ohm 87db/mW).
Whether in stereo or in monoblock configuration they have proven to be quite capable power amps. Has anyone else given them a try yet, or have been considering doing so? At their $300 price point they offer great performance for the money (in my opinion). Not a very detailed description of the amp, but I decided to start a thread since one didn’t already exist.

Been a while since I got my Gjallarhorns, I can honestly say that I still like them, but a single unit sounds better than 2 in some cases. I am currently using a Mjolnir 3 as the preamp and it is an improvement over other preamps I have used with them.
Over in the Atrium Open thread someone posted a picture of them driving the AO with a power amp (saying that it was the best pairing they heard). This has got me curious as to whether or not a pair of Gjallarhorns would also pair well with my AO. 
Waiting to find out if he is using a box, or connecting them straight to the taps prior to me connecting a nearly $3k headphone to my power amps. 
Topping B100 mono blocks are at the same price point as a pair of Gjallarhorns. It would be interesting to compare the B100’s up to 50 watts into 8 ohms vs the Gjallarhorn’s 30 watts. I have learned through experience that not all watts are created equal, so this would make an interesting comparison. I am sure some HE6 variant owners are already ordering a pair of B100s.

Personally I’d keep going with the Gjallarhorns. I really enjoy the sound I get out of them

Not getting the topping amps, just wondering how they compare. I am not a fan of Topping amps.

True enough, lol.
I am pretty sure two Gjallarhorns will still sound better than the Topping mono blocks, but just have slightly less headroom (Schiit Audio tends to be conservative with their power ratings 
).
