I used to own these a few years ago when I was getting into the headphone game. I got them on a Black Friday deal for $99.00 on Amazon.
My memory of them is that they were the best $99.00 headphones I have ever heard. They are big and certainly not for portable use.
I recall a nice, full sound. To me they sounded as good as my ATH M50x’s.
To me they were a great value with a pretty good sound. If you wanted to introduce you son/daughter, neice/nephew to the headphone world and you could score these for $99.00, you would be a hero.
Best bang for the buck I have seen in headphones.
Super comfortable headphones.
Can wear them for many hours, even a full day with no comfort issue.
These have been my work headphones for a year, as I work in a open space office and need some closed back.
Overall it’s a decent portable headphone that is easy to drive and can be used plug and play into your mobile phone.
I wouldn’t recommend paying full price for these though.
