I subscribed to your YouTube channel, and from your recommendations I’ve ordered two pair of IEMs from Hifigo. Should be arriving in a week or so. Can’t wait!
Who got a channel? Resolution?
Yep. Check out “AudioLevels” on YouTube.
I don’t have a Youtube channel.
lol, that’s a different guy I am subscribed to on Youtube. I like his reviews and his accent a lot. He’s seems like he’s a really good guy.
Thought you were him lol, got confused because both of you have a massive collection of IEMs hahaha
I can understand your confusion because I posted his video of him ranking 30 IEMs and I even said this is how I feel with giving recommendations because he was audibly tourmented by some of the decisions he was being forced to make.
Sorry for the confusion.
How will you know if the IEM is worth the price if you’ve never tried anything else? If you have a way to try out various IEMs in different price brackets and get a better understanding of the market/ your preferred tuning before spending any money, great, otherwise I would strongly recommend against spending that much on your first set.
Good advice, I’ve already ordered a pair of 80 dollar Moondrop Aria
Should be a great starter!
I hope so. Ordered from hifigo, should arrive in a week or so
It is a wonderful set. Moondrop’s tuning is really good and hard to hate. It might not be everyone’s favorite tuning and not perfect for all types of music, but it generally not offensive to anyone and works with most music well.
I’m growing on this idea: the aria sound is “safe”. It does nothing wrong, really, but it doesn’t shine in any area either, for my ears.I think I could find a sound signature I like better. And here is me falling into the rabbit hole
It’s too late now!
Thank you everyone for all your help. The Aria should be arriving today or tomorrow. My excitement is almost palpable
Congratz, hope you enjoy them
I really hope there are multiple items in that box or wow that is a massive box for a much smaller box. I really hope you enjoy them as well.
You are not wrong
Variations, huh? Now we talking
