Slight crackling sound in my A3

I’m hearing a slight crackling sound on my A3. I hear it with my headphones and my speakers.

The A3 has an internal dac, and I run it off my Macbook via USB. I hear no such crackling if I use a BTR5 off the same usb port.

Thoughts? I really hate the idea of having to replace the A3, as I’ve only had it for maybe 2 years, if that.

Is it still in warranty? I’d definitely talk to Schiit about it.

Maybe the card got loose, maybe check that is nice and tight and well connected.

The crackling as gone away. Odd.
