Depends on the form of competition. If it’s just a race to the bottom of the barrel then that doesn’t benefit anyone.
I wonder what kind of stereo, speakers and batteries it would have. I will LOL if it had Panasonic batteries, JBL speakers, and some other OEM for the stereo/controlpanel.
What’s the bottom of the barrel? If they are racing to improve a tech and potentially make it cheaper and more accessible, why the fuck not helps me out.
Are they improving the tech or just making the same tech out of cheaper material and saying “Hey, we can do the same thing cheaper”? As soon as someone decides to undercut a competitor, the customers gravitate to the cheaper product (not knowing or caring why it’s cheaper) and the competitors have to cut quality too.
Isn’t this just a concept to show off their car tech?
