Speakers for TV! (HELP)

Hi, im looking to buy speakers for watching movies and listening to music through my TV. My budget is around $400. I dont have an amplifier so been looking at some active speakers.These are what i found:

Kanto YU4
Edifier R1700BT

Any recommendations?

KEF Q350 ($365) & Q150 ($320) is for sale in a store near me (both brand new), but i dont know what would be a suitable amplifier and how much will it cost me? please let me know. I am from Europe!

Also Audioengine A5+ for $260 used with their desktop stands included, are these good?

This is my first speaker setup, i only have good pair of headphones and an amplifier for them:-)

Powered speakers will definitely be the easiest solution but no upgradability save for adding a subwoofer. Make sure to set your TV’s audio output to stereo or PCM as sending a surround signal to a set of stereo speakers will just result in garbled noise. Klipsch R-41PM’s if you find or can personally get a nice deal.
Edifier S2000MKIII might also be in the range if a nice deal comes?

Audio Pro also makes some affordable small speakers.
