I have a pair Sennheiser Momentum 4 headphones and I want to bypass the Bluetooth connection and connect directly with USB-C and stream CD-Quality lossless audio straight into the headphones. Can anyone recommend a super flexible USB-C cable? All of the cables I have are very stiff compared to a normal headphone cable. The one I’m using now even transmits keyboard key presses and mouse clicks from my laptop up to the headphone!
I don’t believe such a thing exists. some may be better than others…but in my experience, due to how much USB-C cables are handled, vs. how USB-A cables from the before times, is why they break down and fail so often. before, USB-A cables were generally set and forget; once the device was plugged in, that was that.
if I’m proven otherwise, awesome!
The Sennheiser Momentum 4 deserves top-quality lossless audio. For a super flexible USB-C cable, try paracord-wrapped or silicone-coated options from Anker, UGREEN, or Cable Matters—they feel more like traditional headphone cables. If you’re getting interference, a shielded cable might help. Just like in Car Parking Multiplayer MOD APK, the right setup makes all the difference. Hope you find the perfect
Haven’t really used USB C for audio personally but Ugreen and Anker do have some pretty flexible cables for reasonable prices
Volta cables are a bit spendier but super nice and a AUS company instead of China (magnetic system)
I could try out one of my Volta’s if you’re interested in those.
In my experience noise through USB isn’t something a cable can fix though, either you can get a externally powered USB hub or a USB noise filter or isolator.
if you use a USB cable connection, I guess that means it doesn’t bypass the built in DAC / Amp so the sound will still be good vs, going analog?
