It’s pretty awesome, even better modded, really love mine (although I had the regular mk2 but then swapped it for lawton pads and lawton purpleheart cups)
Do you find your MK II’s bright? I don’t get this at all, based on my TH-610’s. You could make an argument on my Beyer T5p.2’s and Grado GH2’s, but I don’t find that with my Fostex’s much at all. There is some music where that might be the case, but not the majority of what I listen to.
Not really, the mk1 was fairly bright, and also the special editions (green and blue) have a different tuning than stock
