**1. What the market says:
The market describes this IEM as one that’s built for musicality with a good bass boost. It’s a single DD design IEM.

  1. Weight and comfort
The IEMs are very comfortable and are lightweight; they weigh around 3.23 grams each.**

2. SUB-BASS

Sub-bass isn’t that great, and it’s not that high-quality of an effect you get with great-quality sub-bass.

3. MID-BASS

Mid-bass is the best part of this IEM. It’s really good in punchiness and quality. It’s a fun mid-bass that makes kick drums snap and is heavy. If you dislike a slight bit of a boomy effect, it’s not for you.

4. LOWER MIDS

Lower mids add a good warm touch to male vocals and make them well-rounded, but this causes “bluntness.” Some instruments, such as guitars and pianos, are over-smoothed. It can be described as a weight/heavy or too low-mid heavy if you prefer thin/bright signatures. In general, it isn’t bad; it’s just different.

5. MIDRANGE

The midrange in general is well-executed with no major complaints. Despite a good lift, instruments don’t sound muddy.

Female vocals lack energy and are over-smoothed. It’s not exciting. With a lower-mids rise, it doesn’t give the sound an “open” signature. It can be described as dull.

6. FEMALE VOCALS

Female vocals lack energy and are over-smoothed. It’s not exciting. With a lower-mids rise, it doesn’t give the sound an “open” signature. It can be described as dull.

7. LOWER TREBLE

Lower treble is actually not bad. Until 10K, it’s not too reduced, though I’d still describe it as a safe overall tuning. It’s a safe choice, as it’s not too bright.

8. UPPER TREBLE

Upper treble is where this IEM completely suffers. There’s almost nothing past 10K, though I think it was done to keep it safe and warm. If you have a fatigue with too much upper treble, this IEM is a part of your dreams.

As a result, it’s too airy, and you will not hear a lot of details. It lacks a lot of extension too.

10. Conclusion

For me, it’s like a miss or a hit. It will miss out on something in all genres, whether it’s pop, rock, classical, or folk. It doesn’t perform poorly in any of them.

I see this as a good alternative to the Zero Red, Klean SV, and Zero Blue 2 if you dislike treble, or if you are sensitive to it, or if you just want something warm, fun, relaxing, and easy-going.

It’s not my primary recommendation.

If you’re bored with other generic V-shaped tunings or Harman, this is an interesting alternative to explore something different.

A quick glance of the box contents

  • Accessories do not exist. Could’ve given a good carrying case, at least.

  • It’s just IEM, cable, and tips. That’s it.

  • The cable itself is not bad; the earhooks are light and comfortable.

  • Tips are fine.

  • The size is small, comfortable, and great for smaller ears.

  • In general, it’s a comfortable, good cable (needs a lot of maintenance, though) IEM.
