THX 788 issues | Randomly cutting out while using

Hi,
I recently bought the THX 788 recently from Monoprice a few weeks ago, and I have been having some small problems. Once in a while, while I am listening to music or doing things on my computer, the audio randomly cuts out and stops working completely, but works after I reboot it. I thought that it might be a driver issue, although I had updated and downloaded the drivers from the Monoprice website. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue or maybe its just a rare problem? I’m not too bothered about it but it would be great if I could fix it.

If it is hooked up via USB and presenting itself as an ASIO-device, this could be down to a flaky USB-cable (or worse: broken USB port).

Could also be your computer being “too slow” for the selected buffer size. Download and run Latency Mon and post a screenshot of the results (in case one of the tests comes out yellow/red).

It looks like my computer is fine. Maybe it is the cable? It is an Amazon basics usb cable I bought right after I got the unit, so it is pretty new I guess. What could I do to check if my USB port is broken?
