Tinnitus Help with Headphones

I have Tinnitus in my Left ear that Moderately bad. I play Immersive PC games, Movies, Music. Do almost everything on my PC
I Bought the FiiO K7 and Thieaudio Ghost. The Thieaudio Ghost were not comfortable so I have returned them. Immersive gaming is the main thing I’m looking for. Headphones price range is $300 ish. the Dac/Amp was 200…so if you have something better around that price that would work as well. Thank you all for any help.

So far I have been looking but really don;t know.

I’d go for the Athena

P.S the stock pads on the ghost are pretty horrible but if you pad swap them they are much better both in terms of comfort and sound

I also have little tinnitus and this could be just be me and my feelings.
Closed back and planar headphones are not comfortable and by this the issues is not headphone placement or wear comfort. Its how the inner pressure and sound (bass) works causing discomfort even pain above normal discussion levels.
While playing or movies its nice to have little more sound and the good stuff.
This does not happen with open back headphones and dynamic drivers or with speakers.

Just a thing to keep in mind in future if you notice discomfort in by sound while playing.
