UAPP can no longer find the latest Qobuz albums

I had a little problem with UAPP.
When I tried to listen to an album that I had recently downloaded via Qobuz, I got an error saying that it could not be added to the playlist.
Then I tried the playlist it should be in. The list was there but showed zero titles.
Then I checked my entire library and found that all the tracks I had added from Qobuz in the last two months could no longer be played. Bandcamp was still there. After a new scan it found everything again. However, I had to add everything back to the playlist.

Now I’ve backed up all the playlists on Google Drive because I don’t feel like rearranging the whole library at some point.

Anyone else had this problem?
