Ian Decker comes to mind when I think unusual. He has a mashup of Deathgrips, Smashmouth, and Neutral Milk Hotel. Another artist that comes to mind is Lemon Demon. Bit more well know in the internet age and old Albinoblacksheep flash animations. A lot of the artists I thought of bringing up have surprisingly already been mentioned.

I’m pretty surprised no one in this thread has brought up Iglooghost. I wouldn’t be surprised if this genre/style of electronic music is very prevalent in the next generation. This dude sounds like he’s making music from 20 years in the future; it makes no sense and I love it.

If you’re into Flying Lotus, Aphex Twin, Brian Eno you’ll probably like this.

Hey y’all check out TRiDENT, they’re a Japanese rock group, they’re drummer is awesome, I don’t listen to a lot of rock, but they’re pretty damn good. I wanted to share this great song (and dance).
I believe Franco and his band Le TP OK Jazz is pretty well known, but the singer in this song Jolie Detta not so much.

Grabbitz is an extremely versatile musician, artist and producer.
His music isn’t weird for its own sake but it is very expressive and liberated from genre walls. Have a listen.
