Using desktop dacs and amps with a tablet/Ipad

Does anyone have any experience using something like an IFI zen Dac + Can with an Ipad/ other tablet or even a Chromebook for that?

Does it recognize it? are there any quality issues? or any other quirks i need to know about?

I’ve used my bf2 and A3 with my iPad Pro and it works great, I had it plugged in via a usb c hub to make things neater

Yep, I would imagine that the zen stuff will work well too

With the chromebook it just shows up as another audio interface (connected via USB). For my phone and other mobile operating systems it will just show as wired audio.
